A WORST experience today leaving your car an hour prior - Mylene

A WORST experience today leaving your car an hour prior to your appointment time at 9:15 am and yet full service was NOT done until I called up at 4 pm. My car was with them from opening to almost closing. I missed a very important engagement because of the incident. Called up several times seeking for help, explaining the urgency, stayed on hold for more than 25 minutes and was left unaided. Asked the Service Adviser, Sandeep for the poor service and he reasoned that they were busy which is an unacceptable excuse. Please DO NOT accept services which YOU cannot deliver! Never will I recommend Toyota on the Trail again to friends and family.

Two different dealership told me my brakes needed - gayletoupin

Two different dealership told me my brakes needed replacing, my brakes didn't need replacing and my struts were leaking. Frustrated, I drove 2 hours to High River Toyota that replaced my brakes and said my struts were good. I was also able to take advantage of their winter season specials to bring down the costs. Now my truck works great and I am very happy. It was worth the drive!

My unending thanks to Michael Dunlop and his service crew for a most pleasant and rewarding trip to the service department that finally saw me with a new rear window wiper blade. Most important note of this review - my Toyota 4Runner is 23 years old (2001) and I have been without a rear wiper blade since last summer as the only blades I could find (parts stores, Cdn Tire, Amazon, etc) were not the right attachment. Then imagine trying to unscrew a tiny screw that was welded with AGE to the arm. My wiper blade replacement had, at one point, 7 different service personnel trying to figure out how to get the screws out. The problem was eventually solved by replacing just the rubber on the wiper and it works just fine! Thanks guys, Dillon and I thank you.

Bought a new Rav 4 Premium edition that was picked up at end of February, which included "Free Lifetime Oil & Filter Change". Went for my FIRST oil change yesterday, and was told to pay $80 or I could have the oil change for free if I spent over $200 on an inspection. This is a NEW vehicle and I don't need an inspection of y brakes, etc. We told the service rep. that we were promised free oil changes, and he said only if we pay over $200 for an inspection. It is not stated in the purchase agreement, nor did the salesperson state that free oil changes are only if you spend hundreds on an inspection.

First visit for service, drive car second from the top, introduced my self to person sitting behind desk, wait beside your vehicle someone will be you you shortly. Another car comes in on opposite side, he helps that person , I'm still waiting, not impressed. Girl first counter walks all thway to my car and we start the procedure, I state I'm getting my oil changed today for the first time, she said you have to do a number one first or cancel it to get your oil done today. I said, why wasn't told about this we could have done both items today. I handed her the report card and you would have thought I given her something she's never seen before, her only response was, what's this and we can't do that, and she kept the report card and never gave it back to me. I had enough and returned home getting nothing done. Called later to rebook and coordinated number one and two together, for time management. It's a pleasure to be hired on as logistics coordinator for Toyota Canyon Creek. I look forward to Christmas party this year. D. Gauvin. P.S. are presents optional.

I had been struggling for the past one month to get a warranty work completed on my Toyota Highlander. I had called service department for almost 15 times, went to the shop and talked to service representative twice. Every time, I was told they will call me back . After a month I decided to post this message for the general public not to give them five star because of lavish 5star waiting room but to be honest when it comes to giving them 5 star review. Even after so many call, no one has called me except giving me false promise " someone will call you back" Highly disappointed as to why I bought my Highlander from CH Toyota

Incredible service - Matt Sellers

The service is incredible. I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

I have no words for the lack of integrity at Lethbridge Toyota. We bought a Toyota Sienna in Feb 2023 from a private seller. One of the sliding doors wasn't working, so we took it to Lethbridge Toyota (LT) for a price quote to get it fixed.There was also a recall on the sliding door at this time, so we also made an appointment for that. LT quoted us $1500 for getting the door fixed, which we were not willing to pay. They said they had done the recall, but it did not fix the issue. Fast Forward to May 2024. We decided to get the sliding door fixed; at this time the other one had also stopped working. We took our van to Big Al's as we figured they would be more reasonable priced. After assessing it, they called and said that the door problem was covered under an extended warranty that Toyota had put out and that we should take the vehicle to Toyota to get it fixed for free. We took it there and were told the warranty had expired Feb 2023. I went home and then recalled that we had had our van in to get the sliding door fixed in Feb 2023 and had not been told about the extended warranty. I did a little digging and discovered we had had our van in 4 days before the warranty expired. I emailed with a service specialiast numerous times, but was told that they had not documented that we had had the van in for anything but a recall.(Whose fault is it that they failed to document the reason I had brought the van in in the first place?) He quoted me $3200 for getting both doors fixed. My husband spoke at lenght with a service manager named Mike who was rude and arrogant, and said he didn't care what we thought, Toyoya was not fixing the door for free.So even though we had our vehicle in while still under warranty, we were not told about the warranty, and once we knew about it, Toyota refused to work with us saying they had not documented about anything but the recall, so it wasn't their responsibility to fix it. (We were just expecting them to fix one door for free, since the other one had been working when we brought the van in initially.) Thankfully, we have a family friend who is good with cars. It cost $200 in parts and a little over an hour to fix both doors. A far cry from the $3200 Toyota quoted us. I will most likely not deal with Lethbridge Toyota again. The lack of intergrity, the dishonesty, and the degrading way customers are treated, is not something I am willing to put up with. I love Toyota vehicles, but this dealership does not care about customer satisfaction at all.

I brought my 2018 rav in for an oil change, they told me my water pump was leaking, changed me, then it started leaking, wich had never before, a mechanic there told me to never use med hat toyota.. they are told to find or make things wrong with your vehicle to bring in money, i will NEVER take my vehicle back

be aware of this cheaters.....i called for an issue for pulling my car down slightly on right while driving... i just asked them to check the wheel alignment...went there and dropped my car to just check alignment... they have rotated all the tire ( as they said ) but the ties i put it on my car cover to stick it rim...it was still there after service when i checked my car tires ( dont know how they removed the tire without taking out the ties )...so no idea they have rotated or not but they charged me $235....i paid..when i was driving back to my home after that .....issue was still there...so, i went back them talked to the service manager FAHD...he checked my car..then he realized issue is still there...so he forced me to go to ok tire and check it ( because they could not solved the issue and charged me $235 )....and he said he will take care of it ...so i went to ok tire and dropped my car there at 8 am....asked them to call FAHD ( noral toyota )...they called he said ok to check....they checked it ..i was waiting for the call to pick my car...then finally i called them at 3 pm to check status...it was not an alignment issue...but they have rotated tires again...they were charging me $77 because they could not catch the FAHD (SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA) ..who gave PO to them...i was totally upset...because noral toyota charged me $235 just to rotate the tires...and just after 2 days this guys charging me $77 for rotating tire again...so i called FAHD to for this issue...when i asked him why should i pay $77 again to rotate tires again...he got mad...and he said i RIPED U OFF now i am out of it ...do what ever you want ....i was surpised by hearing this from FAHD ( SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA )...the gentleman at OK tire he realised its not good to charge the customer if the NORAL TOYOTA is responsible...so he waved my charge...really appriciate to OK tire staff....But issue is still there...NORAL TOYOTA SPOILING THERE IMAGE BY DOING THIS...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY BUT THE TRUST.....so i will not go there for any service for sure,,..i better drive to edmonton......

I went for my toyota highlander maintance service. Adam Kumi (Product Advisor) was wonderful at finding out information I needed regarding my car. He went above and beyond to find it out and I was very impressed with his service. Hieu Le (New Vehicle Sales Manager) was also incredible! He also helped me with part of the information I needed. He was very pleasant to deal with and also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I was looking for on my car. They also have an amazing manicure service for their clients that may decide to wait for the service been done. Chin is amazing! The nice lady that does the manicure service, and her work is amazing! They also offer you a shuttle service to take you to your home or office, in case you can't wait for the service to be done, also pick up so you can come for your car. I recommend them and you will not be disappointed! If by any chance you have any issues, talk to the manager. I hear he is amazing as well and will resolve it for you or make things better.
