Outstanding customer service from everybody purchasing new Mach E. Everybody was respectful and the thing that stood out was that it did not feel like other dealerships. It genuinely seemed like the team was looking out for my interest, Lucas was very honest, and the finance team did not push extra charges that were unnecessary. They politely informed and just let the customer make the decision. I had a wonderful experience at Koch. Lucas was the man, he even got me a ridiculous oversized bow for my vehicle.

We worked with Jaylene at MGM. She showed us various units with absolutely no pressure to buy. And ultimately, she brought us the one we took home. Jaylene’s experience and knowledge made the buying process so easy, that I’ll be buying a new F350 from her in the spring. Plus, with the Ford Reward Points and Go Auto reward points, we got some interior pieces and oil changes for a couple years. Stellar, top notch service from Jaylene and the rest of the staff !! 10/10 will do again !!

This dealership is not an honest dealership. Sales team is looking for sales and not customers. They over promise and underdeliver on those promises. Do not be fooled, this dealership is not on your side of the table. They are on Lincoln’s side of the table and care more about their bottom line than their word and their reputation. I would not purchase a vehicle here nor recommend anyone to after our experience. If this is the Lincoln experience that Lincoln Canada promotes, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. The premium customer service was a 1 star at best.

They failed me as a customer. After my vehicle sat on their lot for 6 months waiting for a part, it developed never before seen engine issues. When I took it back for them to investigate, their prompt reply was that the engine was ruined and the only option was for a complete replacement. This didn't make sense to me so I towed the car at my own expense to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic. After relatively basic troubleshooting the cause of the issues was found and the problem component replaced. The car has never run better. I will never take any business to College Ford ever again.
