Terrible service, and every visit seems to surface more 'money grab' problems. The last issue with them, I was rear ended in my car. The insurance company wouldn't accept that the ABS module was damaged by the collision, and Hansen backed up the insurance company's claim, rather than a repeat customer (I've purchased 3 new vehicles from their lot). Further, they over estimated the price of parts to repair by more that 30%, as I purchased the parts myself from a dealership on the other side of the country for almost half what Hansen quoted. The labor time estimates were WAY more than what the job to replace and reprogram the new module and HCU actually takes to do, claiming a full day for the reprogramming which actually only takes about 15 minutes. (I would do it myself, but Lincoln has the programming locked for Ford/Lincoln techs only for a 7 y/o vehicle). I've received no support through the entire ordeal from this dealership, and they now block my calls and emails when I attempt to get my car back on the road. Further, they kept my car for almost 2 months before even communicating to me what the diagnostics had found.
Terrible customer service, no support for repeat buyers, unless of course you're an oil company buying fleets.
