They failed me as a customer. After my vehicle sat on their lot for 6 months waiting for a part, it developed never before seen engine issues. When I took it back for them to investigate, their prompt reply was that the engine was ruined and the only option was for a complete replacement. This didn't make sense to me so I towed the car at my own expense to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic. After relatively basic troubleshooting the cause of the issues was found and the problem component replaced. The car has never run better. I will never take any business to College Ford ever again.
