We purchased a 2025 Buick enclave all wheel drive. From Shawn Kisling he was an OK sales rep. lol. He ran us through everything spent a lot of time with us about two days. Less than new cars, sales manager listen to what we had to say and came up with a price and I told him what I wanted to pay and they got their price now Mike and in financing that’s another story that man knows his job inside and out and is so helpful. The staff in parts and in-service the young the girl at the desk the overall boss everyone was so nice to us. Now for the vehicle, it is one of the smoothest riding vehicles I have ever driven. It’s has a little bit of road noise more than I was expecting for a car of this quality but overall, I would give this a 10 . So if you’re looking for a new car go and talk to Shawn less and Mike make a deal with them and come out with something that you’ll be proud to own for a long time. We couldn’t be happier. Took my vehicle for oil change. Paid a lot of money to bring my own oil and filter. Was charged for fluid top ups and nothing was topped up. When writing a review instead of rectifying the situation the owner prefers to argue on Google instead of fixing the situation. Looks like they do this with all reviews they don’t like.
