He was never pushy or aggressive. He took pictures of the vehicle we had in question and sent detailed images of any markings of blemishes. Daragh contacted the former owner and was able to have the original tires shipped to the business location for us. The picture of the Nissan vehicle we were considering was shown with winter tires which did not do the vehicle justice. We found Daragh honest and true to his word. We are elderly and have purchased many vehicles in our life time and dealt with many salesmen. Edit: as you can see in the photo attached, the sales manager, Robert Mantei admits that vehicles bought at this location are expected to have some “wear and tear”. For your own peace of mind, stay away. Recent Experience February 2025 I recently purchased a used Jetta from this dealership. The salesman ensured me that the vehicle was mechanically sound, reliable and ready to drive off the lot. Unfortunately, this was incorrect. Within the first 10 kms of driving the vehicle, I noticed a constant sound, indicating the car was not in prime condition. I contacted the dealership right away, asking to have this sound inspected. Note this was the day I picked up the car. After some back and forth, the dealership finally agreed to look at the car. After an entire day, I was informed the dealership was unable to determine what was wrong with my car. In fact, when I went to pick it up, they told me nothing was wrong with it but the sound was still there. I called for the mechanics to come back out and they did agree the sound was not normal and they would need to look at it again. I dropped the car off a few days later, which required me to miss yet another day of work. I was told the AC compressor belt and tensioner need to be replaced and was quoted $1250.00. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing as I feel I participated in a dishonest deal. The reluctance for the dealership to look at my car, their apparent disinterest, or perhaps incompetence, in correctly diagnosing my car, and then charging me an absorbent price to fix something they likely knew was wrong with the car when they sold it to me demonstrates extremely distasteful business practices.

He made us feel comfortable and assured us he could find what we were looking for and he did find us the truck we needed. Shopping for a vehicle is daunting, especially the compact SUV market. After some research I decided to have a look at a 2025 SUV listed on their website in a colour I was interested in. After getting there, of course it was sold..so was that vehicle just being used as a decoy??? Not sure but guessing so. The story I got was 'iffy' at best. So after trying all the standard sales lines on me (including trying to get me into a more expensive trim level) I was not ready to buy that day and felt dismissed. He asked me nothing about myself.....it was clear he only wanted a sale. Bottom line...go to a dealership where the salesperson actually cares about your needs. Don't be intimidated! Not that these Sales Manager cares but thought I should voice my opinion. I may even post this on Google Reviews to reach more readers.

Well I wish I could say something positive... but shop local, support local screwed us with this particular business. My boyfriend took his truck in because the gas tank takes a half an hour to fill due to the gas pump clicking off CONSTANTLY as if it were full. Who wants to stand out in -30°C pumping gas for 30 minutes, right? So call Westlock Motors, service department tell him sure, we'll look at, they run a diagnostic, explain what's wrong and a quote to fix the problem, $800! So boyfriend says yes, fix it (his truck is pretty well his job). So almost 4 hours later he gets his truck back expecting that 4 hours and $800 later that its fixed. So he goes to fill it up... nope, not fixed, can't fill it. Not sure why the service consultant would not have checked to see if the problem had been resolved before returning it and charging my boyfriend for 'fixing' the problem. Call the dealer to see what had happened and what could be done to resolve the problem, speak with the manager and he tells us that if we bring it back in they will run a free diagnostic... hmmm so what is the new diagnostic going to say that the last one didn't? How much is it going to cost to fix the new problem since the last $800 didn't fix it..... why would we bring it back? We are feeling completely scammed by this dealership and all they want to say is bring it back in and we'll look at it again? If you didnt catch the problem the first time in the 4 hours you had it, why would we trust that it would be fixed this time? Are we stupid or something? Worst service experience we've had anywhere.

They got us in first thing and we were back on the road by 2:30 that afternoon. Adrian in parts was just super. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and management. we had our oil changed at this dealer. a service tech came up my window and asked how long i owned this truck,i said not long, he told me that my back brake lines were all ripped off and grease xxxxxxx broken off,plus 4or 5 oil leaks. i own a car lift so went home and checked all of what he had told me NOT ONE THING this dealer must be going broke. am looking for a new suv will not be purchased at sargent motors SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a 2025 Buick enclave all wheel drive. From Shawn Kisling he was an OK sales rep. lol. He ran us through everything spent a lot of time with us about two days. Less than new cars, sales manager listen to what we had to say and came up with a price and I told him what I wanted to pay and they got their price now Mike and in financing that’s another story that man knows his job inside and out and is so helpful. The staff in parts and in-service the young the girl at the desk the overall boss everyone was so nice to us. Now for the vehicle, it is one of the smoothest riding vehicles I have ever driven. It’s has a little bit of road noise more than I was expecting for a car of this quality but overall, I would give this a 10 . So if you’re looking for a new car go and talk to Shawn less and Mike make a deal with them and come out with something that you’ll be proud to own for a long time. We couldn’t be happier. They gave us more for our trade and were much better to deal with then the crappy Chevy dealer in the west end of Edmonton. The after sales communication between signing and picking up could use some work though. All in all i would go back and buy from John & Jason again/
