Invoice # 539882 for jim mckenzie This is for a 2014 RDX with 32,000 KL bought new for my wife now 80 years old This might be the thing when an older woman comes in to service her car She took the car in for a passenger front rattle She was told $ 1700.00 to replace a tie rod I called and the manager lowered to $1100.00 it turned out it needed a shock so now $400.00 more to $ 1581.69 I think we really paid way over the actual cost ( called another Acura dealer $475.00 to replace tie rod ) Is there some one from the dealership that can review this We have bought RDX / MDX and always found this dealership very good what’s going on

Negotiated admin fee out of deal during negotiations to buy vehicle. Finance manager calls me up 5 weeks after delivery and tells me they forgot to include in the deal and say i owe them the $598 plus tax and is now haggling me.
