I am leaving a review to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at North West Acura Calgary . As a Acura customer, I had high expectations for the level of professionalism and service provided at your dealership, but unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of those expectations. After purchasing a used MDX that I was ensured went through mechanical fitness and repairs were suppose to be completed I found out within 300km of driving this wasn't the case. Multiple error codes came up on the dash which prompt me to contact dealership who denied any wrong doing and condescendingly told me "I should of bought extended warranty. This isn't a vehicle I drove for months, this was a vehicle with issues within 7 days. I offered to meet dealership half way which would of been less than $650 (each) to fix mechanical issues, was denied. Customer service at North West Acura isn't their top priority, if you are looking to purchase a new or used Acura I would strongly suggest options in the city.
