I am not a regular customer at Zender. My vehicle had an electrical issue late at night and had it towed to Zender. Fords lot. The service rep. was excellent. I am hearing impaired. The rep communicated via text which was very helpful. The repairs were correct. Clear accounting by the mechanic on the invoice regarding the diagnostics and work done. Reasonable cost and no over charging. Excellent service. Definitely recommend Zender Ford. More
