Had appointment for 10 am today for a recall, they stated would take 4 hrs to do. After 4.5 hours later i asked for a status update as I was waiting the whole time in the lobby. Was informed my truck had not even been started on yet and was still outside! Advisor stated they were way behind because of the holidays? If this was the case why would you continue to book in customers just to make them mad, TELL THE TRUTH to customers. I have worked at the dealership level in management for 30 out of my 48 years (13 at a Ford dealership) and have to say this was a very negative experience, and I shall not have nice things to say about this dealership. More

Drove in and spoke to Steven Babich in parts about non stockable replacement items.for my recently purchased used 2018 Ford Transit Van. He was kind and provided me a quote. I asked about tires also a stockable replacement items.for my recently purchased used 2018 Ford Transit Van. He was kind and provided me a quote. I asked about tires also and he kindly directed me in to tire sales during construction….very friendly customer service. I had spent an hour that afternoon trying elsewhere at 3 different locations as I try to shop locally by comparing with 3 other local competitors with pricing.and quality of tire composition, my last stop was to give Zender a chance to purchase tires also ASAP.. After careful discussion with Faz Resian about all weather tire composition it was scheduled for next day install, with drop off scheduled at 10am. I ran late dropping off at 11am and still had my vehicle by end of day tires installed and balance with report provided about good brake pad levels. Drove into Edmonton next day and returned to Zender to get tires re-torqued. I would recommend to both friends and family for future service, parts and tire replacement to save time and money.
