I had made an appointment for 11 a.m. to get winter tires on and an oil change. My Escape was not ready for about 2 hours. The mechanics went for lunch and I sat there waiting.... when they were back from on and an oil change. My Escape was not ready for about 2 hours. So, what was there to be done that could not have been finished before their lunch break? I do not live "around the corner" and have a 2 hour drive home. Very disappointing service yesterday. More

Service appointment was made just one day after I called. My Escape was taking in exactly at the time scheduled.
