Fast efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. My only concern is not the dealership but ford policy. I have a maintenance package which will expire in a couple of months. I haven’t come close to using concern is not the dealership but ford policy. I have a maintenance package which will expire in a couple of months. I haven’t come close to using the value I paid for it. My front break pads are down to 5 % and they say they can’t replace them. Probably won’t buy another package with next car. Dealership is outstanding but don’t feel the maintenance package and Fords policy is much of a deal. More
