Rude and inconsiderate I had a scheduled oil change for My Lincoln MKX and I ask the service women that checked me in that I have a signal bulb that I purchased if they don' I had a scheduled oil change for My Lincoln MKX and I ask the service women that checked me in that I have a signal bulb that I purchased if they don't mind putting it in for me. She said sure $35 to install the bulb. I said excuse me $35 she said yes what do you think sir we don't have over head we have expenses you know. I said actually I'll change it myself it will take me a minute. She hands my keys to the shop manager and says just an oil change have one of the kids do it. So she was charging me 30 minutes of a certified mechanics time for a minimum wage worker to put in my bulb I'm sure. I have never been treated like this at any other dealership. This women needs to get some serious coaching on how to speak with people. This will be my last time visiting or doing any business with Yorkdale ford. More

I purchased my fourth Ford from Yorkdale Ford Lincoln and they are the best Ford dealership I have been to and certainly in the top three for car sales of all dealerships and brands. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They pride themselves on the quality of their service and it shows. Carlson, spent an hour with me going over the new features on my car and made sure that my new purchase was everything I had wanted. I would recommend this dealership to others and already have. They are by far and a way the best Ford dealership in the GTA. I purchased a 2017 Fusion Sport and traded in a 2008 Ford Edge. I am thrilled with my new car. I initially came into the shop to get a test drive and was treated very well by the staff. I came back in two days later to purchase my car. I took ownership three days later. The dealer add-ons were done to a very high standard and the staff were exceptional throughout the entire process. I would buy another car from them. More

The Lincoln MKZ, which was my first vehicle in 20 years of driving standard company cars, was Awesome and I just have to say “WOW” I’m sure you have heard this before, but the level of service Ali provides is Sensational!!!
