That was easy! Super-nice people - felt like we were in a small town somewhere. Gary was so friendly, calm and patient; he effortlessly helped us decide on and then locate the exact vehicle we needed, for immediate delivery and didn't even expect a deposit! Hope I don't get anyone in trouble but they paid us way too much for our junker (trade-in) which we almost had to tow into the dealership. The charming Sandra handled the financing like a champ, helping us select only the specific extra options we needed, all with such a warm and patient attitude. I couldn't believe how fast and effortless the whole process was. Leaving the dealership that evening was like saying goodbye to old friends! More

I have had some really bad experiences and have become very cautious by asking in advance for a quote in writing to make sure it does not deviate what was said on the phone. Your staff had no hesitations emailing me an estimate to comfort me and went above and beyond by checking in with me to keep me updated on where the part we were waiting on was. I also got signed up for some sort of program which entitled me to $80 credit on my next visit. :) Price is crazy expensive but I do not think it deviates from one dealership to another so I cannot penalize them for it. Staff greeted me with a smile and were so friendly (far from what I expected). It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you service department for being spectacular. More

Rude and inconsiderate I had a scheduled oil change for My Lincoln MKX and I ask the service women that checked me in that I have a signal bulb that I purchased if they don' I had a scheduled oil change for My Lincoln MKX and I ask the service women that checked me in that I have a signal bulb that I purchased if they don't mind putting it in for me. She said sure $35 to install the bulb. I said excuse me $35 she said yes what do you think sir we don't have over head we have expenses you know. I said actually I'll change it myself it will take me a minute. She hands my keys to the shop manager and says just an oil change have one of the kids do it. So she was charging me 30 minutes of a certified mechanics time for a minimum wage worker to put in my bulb I'm sure. I have never been treated like this at any other dealership. This women needs to get some serious coaching on how to speak with people. This will be my last time visiting or doing any business with Yorkdale ford. More
