Excellent customer service The service team are very professional, from the service coordinators to the shuttle drivers. Awesome Service! I had a problem with the A/C on my 2013 Focus. I received a quick shuttle back home while the car was being serviced. Shortly after arriving home, the I had a problem with the A/C on my 2013 Focus. I received a quick shuttle back home while the car was being serviced. Shortly after arriving home, the problem was diagnosed. Unfortunately the part wasn't available to fix it immediately. My co-ordinator arranged for me to have a rental at no cost until the next day so I could go to work. I got picked up and dropped off at the rental place and the car was all ready to go before I even expected it. I was impressed! More

One criticism: when I asked for my tires to be rotated in a criss-cross pattern rather than in the simple front-to-back pattern, I was challenged by the service agent. I had to explain to the service agent the reasons why the criss-cross pattern is the correct tire rotation pattern for non-directional tires. I also told him that this is the pattern Ford and other auto experts recommend. To be fair, this is not the first time I've had this conversation with a service agent (it also happened at a GM dealership). However, I was taken aback by the service agent's challenging tone and his initial forceful assertion that the simple front-to-back pattern is the way it's always done. Have we forgotten some of the basics? More

Was highly recommended but I guess it's best to go back to my dealer in Mississauga for service maintenance instead. Its cheaper price for auto parts & service maintenance with consistent customer service & exceeding quality of work. More
