My Car...My options...the right price I visited Gary a few times, casual at first while having my current Edge serviced and then again to discuss buying a new Lincoln. Then to discuss other new cars, but I was not sure as my current Edge is just wonderful. Gary was always personable, and a great conversationalist. Helpful with discussing cars, options, choices and possibilities. You walk away from this guy the first time you meet him and ... it feels like he's your friend. That creates trust. That leads to coming back when I wanted a new vehicle. (I did visit other brands for test drives but couldn't jump ship). So...a series of events happened and I decided to go see him and buy a new Edge Titanium but he wasn't in the office - day off. I dealt briefly with Max who helped me until Gary came in on his day off once I called him on his cell (truly an 'available' person). Anyway, the exact car I thought about buying that day had somehow shown up on a dealer to dealer new car trade. Gary arrives, brief discussion, deposit given, deal done, great experience. Then I met with Lisa who was wonderful at explaining the offers, and the rest is (very recent) history. Car was ready in like 3 days! Gary had paper work totally ready when I arrived, then he went over all the options with a physical demo in the car. A gorgeous car and a happy customer. Thanks team. More

A very friendly environment. I came to ford York at first beacuase they're in my neighbourhood, but as soon as I met Gary Wener I was pleased to have come.
