He called when they had a delivery (not mine) so that I could at least see and sit in the vehicle, and he kept me up to date on the order progress. The closing paperwork was painless. Gary provided a thorough and detailed delivery education - no rush, answered all of our questions, and helped get everything set up so we could enjoy the vehicle right away. More
