Why return to Yorkdale Ford Gary Wener is always happy to see his customers whether they are there for service or to lease another vehicle. Gary in sales and the service staff Gary Wener is always happy to see his customers whether they are there for service or to lease another vehicle. Gary in sales and the service staff never loose sight of he core base of returning customers. One critically important fact for me when leasing a new vehicle is I deal with Gary and only Gary. There is no second sales person, often referred to as "a closer". I got my best deal here for both sales and service. I have a comfort factor with Yorkdale Ford that is hard to earn and maintain. Lousy Had recall preformed march 16th , same problem reacured 3 weeks after , brought whicle back , and for 2 days the only diagnostic they prefomed was to Had recall preformed march 16th , same problem reacured 3 weeks after , brought whicle back , and for 2 days the only diagnostic they prefomed was to drive the truck arround the block a few times. They did not forget to charge me $147.and change.. they refused to belive me that the part they replaced ( or didnot?) failed again, instead they kept pushing sale of parts and service i did not need or want ( i had problem fixed by independent mechanic and i am considering legal action at this time, NO MORE Yorkdale ford!! More
