I purchased a used 2011 Mazda from this dealership in February 2013. I called to book a test drive and dealt with Matt. I had purchased the week before a long weekend and they made sure that it was ready for pickup before the end of the week. A week later, I returned to the dealership because the car was warning me that the batteries in my smart key were low. Bobby arranged for someone in the service department to help me out free of charge and the batteries in both sets of keys were replaced. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealership and everyone I dealt with was very helpful. The service is outstanding and the people are fantastic. When I emailed many Mazda Dealers advising them I was looking for a New Mazda 3 GS Sky, Matt Parweez of Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda was the only Mazda associate who contacted me. I visited 2 other Mazda dealers in person but only felt pushed to make a decision, which is when I drove an hour too see Matt. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed over an hour after closing to answer my questions. Needless to say, we arrived at a price we both agreed too, and within days, I drove away with a brand new shiny Mazda 3. When I picked up the car, Matt took the time to show me all it's features and to put icing on the cake... The General Manager came over, introduced himself, gave me his card and thanked me for my business. He said he is always avaialable if I have any questions or concerns.
