Horrible, Horrible Horrible experience from top to bottom. They are the classic example of car salespeople. Dishonest, rude, and just want to grab your money. I am 64 years old and have bought several cars in my life. This was hands down the WORST!!! Finance guy shouldn't even have a job at McDonald's. He's got no people skills whatsoever. But really entire dealership that we dealt with was awful. If we didn't need the car so urgently for our granddaughter we would have gone to another Mazda dealership. Do yourself a favor and run away from this mismanaged place! More

*WARNING* If you bring your car in for repair, they may break it and lie about it. I brought my car in to have the starter and control arm replaced. When I picked up the car, my new radio no longer turn break it and lie about it. I brought my car in to have the starter and control arm replaced. When I picked up the car, my new radio no longer turns on. When I brought this issue to their attention, they suggested that the radio coincidently happen to break all on its own during the time they had my car in their possession. They took no responsibility for destroying my property and suggested I file a warranty claim with my radio manufacturer. My radio worked when I brought the car in, it didn't work when I picked up the car. This should be their responsibility to fix, and yet I now have to waste my time and money fixing the radio. More
I leased my third mazda in a row and my fourth overall. All was great i loved my cx5 however this time back in February 14 i changed to a cx50 due to lack of colour combinations on the cx5 . However i did not like this cx50 and let the salesman know after 2 days and I thought i could get another car cx5 since i had barely driven the cx50. The salesman told me that he would arrange a change and it would probably take a few days, at most a month. However its now end of may so 3 and a half months later and no communication except when i called back a month ago wandering what was going on.. Now I feel like its not going to happen and am stuck with a mediocre car model with too many cheapy trimmings etc. I feel I’ve been very patient and now I’m ready to give up and never get another car at mazda Sincerely upset Orlando More
Had a really easy, open and transparent process dealing with Reno to negotiate the best price in Toronto for my CX50. To start i dealt with him on the phone (as I did with other reps in other dealerships) with Reno to negotiate the best price in Toronto for my CX50. To start i dealt with him on the phone (as I did with other reps in other dealerships) and he was the only one to offer a concrete price (unbeatable by the other dealers) and didn't waste my time with meaningless sales talk (that means nothing). Once I got to the dealership the process was easy and straightforward and all promises were easily fulfilled and I had my brand new car within 2 days. I had such a great experience that my coworker bought the same car from them a week later. More
Full review is on google I do NOT suggest buying a preowned from these guys and furthermore Maintenance is non existent at this dealership, even if you buy a new car you will not get a consistent mech preowned from these guys and furthermore Maintenance is non existent at this dealership, even if you buy a new car you will not get a consistent mechanic and they will not properly take the time to help you maintain your vehicle. I got scammed for about $1000 by Almit Bebi salesman. He charged me $425 for two years of Mazda connected services and $500 for VIN Etching. I have been with Mazda since 2014 and one of the worst experience I had at this dealership was with the sales team. They are liars, didn't honor their commitments, don't care about the customers, and just experience I had at this dealership was with the sales team. They are liars, didn't honor their commitments, don't care about the customers, and just want to fulfill their sales targets. I booked a CX-50 at this dealership in June 2022 and was promised by Carlos that the car will be delivered within 1 to 3 months as long as I am open to any color. I had to cancel my order after 7 months wait, because as per the assistant manager Adam, they are not sure how long it will take them to deliver a car; the dealership and @MazdaCanada will not honor the rate on interest which was given to me at the time of booking. On a side note, one of the salespeople at this dealership sold and delivered the CX-50 in 2 weeks to a customer. Lost my trust in Mazda because of the sales team of this dealership. Never going back to this dealership and will not even recommend it to my friends and family. More
