Marlene, who works at the service department is very rude and dishonest about what they charge to service your car. I mean, I had to pay $105 for them just to look at my car, not fix it. Tim rivers is also rude. These people I’ve mentioned above are disgusting, don’t deserve your business! Don’t go there! More

Recall work completed Vehicle brought in for recall work at 9am. The only issue I had was when I arrived they said right away that the vehicle needed to be left for the day Vehicle brought in for recall work at 9am. The only issue I had was when I arrived they said right away that the vehicle needed to be left for the day and wouldn’t be ready until late afternoon (it was done at 4pm). The problem with that was I was coming in from out of town and it would have been nice to know that when the appointment was scheduled. I did not ask on the phone when I scheduled the appointment but in the future it would be nice to know when people would have to give up the car for the day. I scheduled the appointment to be early in the day and assumed my car would be ready by 3pm. This caused issues with me not being able to pick up my children from school and I made no prior arrangements. They were unable to provide me with a ride because I lived 30mins away or offer a loaner vehicle. I had to try and find someone to drive 30mins to pick me up and bring me back again otherwise I would of had to sit at the dealership for 7 hours. After buying a brand new vehicle from the Dealership, I thought they could of treated the customer better. I was satisfied with the work and the added car wash they provided. More

The sad truth Went and did a negotiation to buy a car then found out no tire and rim warranty was in the deal when the salesman (Zoran) said it was. The car sales people wonder why they get a bad reputation. Well to write it out for them it is because the sales are all done to give you the least and the car sales location the most. Also the car finance guy decided to say “ you’re an idiot for not taking the warranty “ hmmmm ok there Craig the finance guy. I’ll remeber that. I won’t elaborate further and actually say my overall experience result because it’s clearly written above. More
Fabulous! My husband and I bought a 2017 Tuscon from Zoran. We were impress by his attention to our need and his knowledge, this goes for Craig as well. Shady service charge Will never go back here. Went in for an oil change and came out with a 300+$ charge. Was originally told it would be part of my warranty but was told Will never go back here. The worst part was, since it was a brand new car, not even a year old yet, the paper work proves they didn’t even have to do anything to it. I have tried to get in touch is them but feel very ignored. You have lost a loyal customer!!!! More

After purchasing a brand new Sante Fe Sport, the first time I took the SUV in for an oil change, the mechanic was backing the car off the hoist and ri After purchasing a brand new Sante Fe Sport, the first time I took the SUV in for an oil change, the mechanic was backing the car off the hoist and ripped the driver side door off the car. Accidents happen and we were given a Sante Fe rental. Once our car was ready, I picked it up to have the smug manager tell me the oil change was free of charge. There was no, "And...." Not having our car for two weeks, having to travel back and forth to the dealership multiple times, the manager said that is all they can do, to not charge me for the oil change! The second and last time I brought the SUV in because the trailer light module was faulty. We purchased an extended warranty and had used a trailer ONCE before. They said it was an item not under warranty and I would have to pay for the diagnostic assessment or replace the model at a cost of $216.00 (I bought a new one after at Cdn Tire for $6.99). After telling the mechanic there is no way I'm paying $216 for a $6 dollar part, he began acting rude and was sulking around the car to pull it out of the garage. Rather than looking for ways to make customers satisfied, the manager looks for ways to avoid paying/replacing anything! He said that is the way things are. If that is the way things are, I asked if they are putting cheap parts on cars so that they don't last and have to be replaced after being used on once, he again repeated, "That is the way things are. There is nothing we can do." I will take my Hyundai to London from now on. More
