I had my 2010 F150 XTR serviced here and was quite happy with the service department and the work that they did. Then I was in the market for an upgrade . I was greeted by Cindy Whelan from sales and w with the service department and the work that they did. Then I was in the market for an upgrade . I was greeted by Cindy Whelan from sales and was very impressed by her knowledge of the Ford products.Thats when I purchased my new 2012 XTR F-150 from Woodstock Ford as I was very happy with my 2010. I felt that I got a fair and honest deal. Wanting a little more BLING and a few more toys I called Cindy again and told her what I was after and I left it her hands to work her magic . I now have a 2013 F-150 Lariat that I bought 3 weeks ago from them ( Cindy ) and again in my opinion I got a fair and honest deal on my purchase and my trade. Sandra and all the others in service ( In my opinion ) are looking after my $ 60000.00 investment for me , I don't have to worry about it.,LOL and are great. I highly recommend Woodstock Ford if you are looking for a change in wheels or service. I know I will Jim Carew Ingersoll More
Went to Woodstock Ford after looking at the Ford Edge online. Matt Roberts and Cam had us test driving a 2013 Edge in no time. Fell in Love with it. Did financing with Deb. The whole process couldn't hav online. Matt Roberts and Cam had us test driving a 2013 Edge in no time. Fell in Love with it. Did financing with Deb. The whole process couldn't have been any easier. I answered used vehicle to what I went in to purchase because I was looking at a 2010 F150 that I saw on the lot while looking (after hours) to see what was out there. A friend had told me to come here a because I was looking at a 2010 F150 that I saw on the lot while looking (after hours) to see what was out there. A friend had told me to come here as he was a very happy customer! I came back a second time during open hours and was promptly greeted by Dan mcQuain. I was not pushed towards any truck but explained to about each of them and if he did not have an answer he went to get me one, which I did have a couple. After we were done I gave him my name and I would be in contact if I was going to look further at one that I had seen that day. After a few days he left me a msg to let me know the one I had really liked was still there and if I was still interested to give him a call. Almost three weeks later I figured I should stop in to let him know that I had rented a ford truck to Tow my trailer and would not need one for about a month or so to which he was fine with but I like to talk and asked a few more questions which in turn got me thinking I should take a look at the new trucks they had on the lot. I was impressed because it was not his influence but my own decision to go over to them, meaning I felt no pressure. Next thing I knew I felt so good about the new ones after he explained that with the current discounts I could get into one of them for not much more than the used trucks I was looking at! In I went and signed up and after a quick search (one day) darrin had found me a truck that was exactly like what I needed and three days after that (long weekend) I was driving home my 2013 F150!!! Now to top all this off and to finish this I had to go back two days after as I forgot to give them the keys to my traded in truck which was a Chevy. Darrin once again spent some time helping me out and we got onto the topic of the electric brake controller that I mistakenly thought was part of the towing package, he took me over to the parts, service counter wher he looked and found one in stock, the service person Kathy I believe is her name asked me if I wanted to wait and have it installed right away. Half an hour later I drove off with it installed and darrin ate the cost of it!!! WOW is all I can say about that!!! As for the rest of the ppl I had dealings with, oh Cindy is my sales agent as I was recommend to her by my friend, patty who delivered me the truck as Cindy had gone on vacation that day were all fantastic to me! I can not say enough great things about my experience! As you can tell ill not recommend them to anyone.....just kidding!!! To everyone!!! More
Would NEVER recommend this dealership or Ford Canada. Bought 2011 F150 new, continuous issue with stutter/shudder, loss of power during acceleration, constant noise in front end. Dealership and Ford Cana Bought 2011 F150 new, continuous issue with stutter/shudder, loss of power during acceleration, constant noise in front end. Dealership and Ford Canada know about the issues with these trucks and won't fix it. Been dealing with this for over 2 yrs now. Ford will not or does not want to fix this problem. Woodstock Ford service is horrible, they have damaged my truck, after service the truck is covered in grease, dirt, mud every time I pick it up. Quality and workmanship horrible. The dealership will not stand behind their customers when problems arise, just get run around from Ford Canada and Woodstock Ford a viscous circle. My dream vehicle has turned into a nightmare vehicle and a big waste of money and time. More
After a catastrophic failure of a tie rod that violently threw me off the road, the service manager did everything possible to attribute it to a "stress" situation and refute warranty work. As it was dama threw me off the road, the service manager did everything possible to attribute it to a "stress" situation and refute warranty work. As it was damage he has never seen before, it was likely caused by neglect or running in a ditch! As there was no vehicle damage and the underside was "clean as new" Ford finally agreed to warranty the part. No courtesy car, just a rental at a daily charge and even when picking the vehicle up and taking pictures of the damaged tie rod, his last words were to confirm he suspected "stress" to the part. When I stated I had just gotten off the 401 before this happened, he responded, "I guess you were lucky"! When I suggested Ford should examine the part as this failure has never before been seen, he responded, "if they want it, I'll send it to them." Or, maybe I had a front end alighnment done and the parts weren't tightened. This is a Ford Ranger less than 1 year old with 31,000 km. - I'd been disappointed if it required an alignment this soon. There was no stress situation, no one worked on the front end and the tie rod simply pulled apart without any warning. More
Had a problem with my door not opening. Took the truck in 3 times and it still wasn't fixed. Last time I took it in they said I needed a new cable( only 90 bucks) asked why this wasn't done before... sai in 3 times and it still wasn't fixed. Last time I took it in they said I needed a new cable( only 90 bucks) asked why this wasn't done before... said they tried to save me money, taking it in 3 times and spending over 600 dollars doesn't sound like I'm saving much money. I've taken it to another mechanic and he replaced the cable saying they had mangled the cable during the repair. They will never get another penny from me. More
