Bought unseen over the phone from Ontario Found my used f-150 online for a good price so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was a little nervous committing to flying out to Calgary from Ontario for a big purchase I haven't even looked at but James MacDonald assured me it was a great truck so I took his word word for it. He also provided me with a bunch of documentation to prove it so. Very glad i went for it perfect truck top to bottom even when I got it back to Ontario for the provincial safety the mechanics gave it lots of compliments and no issues. After my experience I'd do it again in a heartbeat tho I think this truck will last me a long time. Thank you for your help, assurance and honesty couldn't ask for a better experience! More

He worked with my schedule as I knew I wanted to purchase it but only had 45' to wrap up the trade in of my existing and purchase of the new one. He didnt play games with the price and I really felt like it was a win win situation. He was always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Throughout the week between we signed and the pick up, he kept me updated exactly when and how he promised and once again had everything ready for me even before I arrived this morning for pick up. It was absolutely smooth, and easy. No stress. And never pushy ! My best experience to this day in a dealership in Calgary. I'm impressed ! No matter who we had any kind of contact with for any questions or concerns, even browsing through the showroom, every sales staff member we spoke to was very friendly, helpful and easy going. We never once felt pressured. I feel confident in their dealership in that they listened to my concerns and followed up with me even after the purchase to ensure we were 100% happy with our experience. Poor servcie department My kid bought a car from Woodridge after I did. The service is less than acceptable they can't seem to get it right. Booked appointments for service a My kid bought a car from Woodridge after I did. The service is less than acceptable they can't seem to get it right. Booked appointments for service and recalls show up no appointment on record, no parts for recall repair. Windows roll up and down slow, slower then slowest and these are driver sensation. Most recently booked her car for oil service and had engine trouble towed it in they had no record of the engine trouble after she gave them a heads up, they ended up keeping the car over night. After about $250, $58 of which was for oil the rest for diagnostic where they didn't find anything she drove it away and after just 8 KM's she was road side again and had to call for a tow. Say thye were to busy to look after it today maybe all repeat repairs but thye did say it's a priority for Monday. If our next years AMA premiums go up it's likely due to Ford and possibly this dealership and we are sorry. Signed Dad getting tired of picking up kids at there road side Ford from Woodridge. More
