Stay away from their body shop Brought my vehicle in for rocket panels and frame patch as it was rejected for MVI. Got a quote for ALL REPAIRS and was told they could do it "next w Brought my vehicle in for rocket panels and frame patch as it was rejected for MVI. Got a quote for ALL REPAIRS and was told they could do it "next week" by body shop manager. Stopped in to book it next day...all of a sudden it's 4 weeks before they can do it. Got it down to 2 weeks. I WA told it's a 3 day job. Fine but when I called on 1st day they say it's done. Got it back to my MVI shop next day and guess what.....it failed. Wood Motors didn't do the frame. Called the manager but was so upset I couldn't finish the conversation. It's been weeks now and I haven't heard a word from them. They couldn't give a rat's xxx about it now. They got their $900. I never did get an actual invoice. They just cashed me out off the original estimate. More

Poor service I must say I am very disappointed with service I received last Wednesday when my wife took my 2014 f150 into wood motors Fredericton for an oil change I must say I am very disappointed with service I received last Wednesday when my wife took my 2014 f150 into wood motors Fredericton for an oil change which went well but to have my tire repaired for the second time by a so called technician .ever since getting my truck back the tire leaked worse than ever been putting air in since that day an today I had to go on my breaks from work to put air in it a major inconvenience an to top it off they charged my wife almost 30 dollars for this when I purchased the tire care package when I bought the truck ..it has 31 k on it now an to top it off I call them on my way from work only to be told they couldn't fix what they screwed up twice today .so I was expected to take time off from work when ever they could fit me in .expensive fix for me .you dont seem to mind taking the payment out of my account .you dont have to wait for that do you ? So I came home an fixed it myself .once again we pay an pay for service and do it ourselves ..you won't see me again .and if anyone in upper management would like to give me a call you have my.cell in your data base have a great day More

The place that service built". The place where service sucks Worst experience ever. News flash: people make appointments for a reason. After requesting an earlier appointment time than I previously had they didn Worst experience ever. News flash: people make appointments for a reason. After requesting an earlier appointment time than I previously had they didn't end up taking my car in for 3 hours because I didn't wait & they assumed that meant I didn't need a vehicle for the entire day. This led to them not having enough time to complete the entire work order.. But there's not appologies from those working in the service department. Just a bill for 1.5hours of labour (even though my car went in for 40 mins of free recall work and was in for a total of 65 minutes). I also asked three times for them to check another aspect of the car and even CALLED back before I picked it up to ask if it had been done. "Yep" they say... Upon arrival they have no idea what I'm even talking about... Brought my car in for 4 reasons (two recalls). Had the recalls fixed but not my other two major issues and got charged 1.5hours worth of labour for warranty work. More

Left the bonnet unhooked once. Another time they were supposed to fix the computer. However what they did was unhook the battery cables. Hint. If you're going to do that put the red cap cover back on the positive side..... Oh well. Please also make sure to reset the oil life when you change oil. And also try to remember to put the dipstick back in. Maybe the mech was drunk or hungover..... More
