Extended service plan I had ordered a new 2019 mustang gt being told it would be 6-8 weeks. At 8 months my frustration was beyond and was walking away. I had found a 2019 bullitt at a local dealer which they brought in. I was given a 2 year service plan for all the hassle. Well, first oil change cost me $123 because I didn’t have the plan that covered synthetic oil. I put on roughly 7,000kms a year. It has been nothing but frustration from day one and about to sell my new car and get away from ford. I also asked the service guy why he didn’t tell me about the addition cost when I brought it in for the oil change. His response “I was too busy running out the door”. I’m done with ford! More

Attempted to scam me I bought a ford there and the service seemed fine until the warranty ran out. I took it in for repairs and they said it needed a new rotor and would b I bought a ford there and the service seemed fine until the warranty ran out. I took it in for repairs and they said it needed a new rotor and would be $300 + labor. I took it to another mechanic and it turned out to be just a bent back plate. That mechanic fixed that issue and another one for $66 and questioned if Ford had even looked at the problem area. I don't trust them anymore. They wanted to replace a part that did not need repairs.
