What we were shown was excellent but I was looking for something else. Everyone who had a presentation did a wonderful job and they showed how dedicated they are to their customers. I did tell Mike what I was looking for and he told me to come in between 1-3 PM Tuesday to Friday and he would answer my questions that I have. This to me is EXCELLENT customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about your service department from Mike, Allan, and Angela have been extremely helpful and absolutely wonderful in dealing with me. Amber this also goes to the group of ladies that work in your department. In fact I find that the whole staff from the receptionist to Patrick have been absolutely wonderful. I could not have picked a better manufacturer Mazda and I could not have picked a better dealership to deal with. More

The service booking rep. was noticeably friendly, the shuttle driver was professional and prompt and the service agent was detailed in the explanation of what my vehicle needed at pick up.
