Tire service I went to get a quote for tires for my Mazda 3. Was helped right away by Steve at the service counter. He didn't have the tires and rims in stock but I went to get a quote for tires for my Mazda 3. Was helped right away by Steve at the service counter. Great Experience Dreading our next vehicle purchase, we started by sticking to the brands we knew well (Ford, Chevrolet, etc). Realizing these brands didn't have what we wanted or were out of our price range, we came to Wolfe Langley Mazda to merely cross it off our list before purchasing a vehicle we weren't too excited about. While meandering the front lot, sales consultant, Aaron Wilson, approached us to inquire our needs. He was beyond professional and didn't fit the typical profile of a pushy car salesman. He truly believed in the brand and allowed us to realize that the Mazda vehicles do infact sell themselves. Rather than crossing it off our list, we dove into The 2018 Mazda CX-9 GT head first and was taken back by its clean and sharp lines from the outside to the methodically planned out and luxurious feeling interior. Taking it for a test drive was where we were sold on purchasing it. Although it was near the end of his shift, Aaron took the time to explain all of the driving features which is designed around the safety of its occupants; a huge component for our needs. In addition to this, he really helped us understand the CX-9's custom capabilities which aren't even offered in high end vehicles. Once we were sold, Aaron worked with us to ensure we were comfortable in the payment breakdown. Overall, we felt our experience at Wolfe Langley Mazda was amazing. routine oil change went well, hard to get that wrong. BUT Oil change went well but......... Ongoing annoying vibration/banging on the undercarriage at idle is STILL THERE!!!!! Its been there since new, brought it up again and still not resolved. This is a brand new car and I fear this is only going to get worse and will be there when the warranty is up. Im actually getting tired of bringing it up and will just have to live with it. I cant keep this car as long as I had wanted to but the noise is really pissing me off. I know its difficult to find a noise that isn't there all the time. I was an aircraft mechanic for 40 years so I know of what I speak. So, gonna cut my losses on this one and next time, well, I hate to say it but its going to be a Honda after 5 Mazdas, cant accept this as normal. More
