He acknowledged two minor issues that I had with my vehicle and took the time to ensure that the problems were dealt with to my satisfaction. Matt also took the time to have his manager examine a bumper accessory that had discolored and later contacted me to advise that the part was covered under warranty and that the part had been ordered for replacement. Fast and efficient, highly recommend this Wolfe Langley Mazda Service Center. More

when sun gets in your eyes My visor on passenger side wouldn't go up and I took car in to see what could be done to fix. I was told new part would be ordered and in next day ju My visor on passenger side wouldn't go up and I took car in to see what could be done to fix. I was told new part would be ordered and in next day just drop by and it would be installed right away. I did that and in 15 minutes or so was ready to go even after a car wash. What amazed me was how they did it as I couldn't see how they could remove and replace visor as I couldn't see any screws etc as a way to get in. These folks do have their secret ways of repairing things and this is very much appreciated in today's busy world. Way to go guys (Alan/Mike) and unnamed tech! More

The session was very well organized and very informative. I had attended similar sessions/clinics at a competing Mazda dealership a couple of years earlier and this one at Wolfe Mazda was MUCH better - far more detailed, informative and far more interesting.
