As usual, customer service was excellent. Personnel were prompt, polite, efficient, and knowledgable. 12 Month Scheduled Service A very positive experience again at Wolfe Langley Mazda service department. My 2019 Mazda CX-9 was due for it's 12 month service and was able to get A very positive experience again at Wolfe Langley Mazda service department. My 2019 Mazda CX-9 was due for it's 12 month service and was able to get appt booked easily at a convenient time. They suggested the service call might take up to 3 hours, but they had 2 technicians working on vehicle and had it ready in less than 2 hours. Service Dept and whole dealership seemed very clean and I noticed that employees were regularly going around with disinfectant to clean all surfaces. There was plenty of available seating in waiting area with care taken to ensure responsible distancing between customers and staff. My vehicle was sanitized before being returned to me and vehicle was clean, shiny and ready to go. Well done Wolfe Langley Mazda - again! More
