Less than poor customer service. They will sell you a car alright, but don't expect ever to get a hold of anyone afterwards. You can only get their attention in person. Phone calls, messages and voice-mails mean nothing. Also, make sure to do a thorough cleaning of your car, not letting anything behind, otherwise their detailing service will make sure it will desapear. 4 weeks after purchasing a used car, I still haven't received the spare keys, carfax history or service history (which were all verbally confirmed), and every call ends up on voice mail or false promises. Not to mention hitting my credit score twice because of a misspelling on the application done by the dealership. More
