This is the first time a dealership that has not taken advantage, tried upselling me or claim things wrong that aren't. This is what I call integrity! I made an honest mistake with an error from a past re advantage, tried upselling me or claim things wrong that aren't. This is what I call integrity! I made an honest mistake with an error from a past repair shop, not realizing at the time it was not this dealership that made the error. Yet the service advisor Behrooz was so forgiving when I apologized and still went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle to fix some wiring that wasn't even their error at no extra cost. I truly appreciate the humbleness and high integrity displayed by the employees and the manager at this location. I am very grateful how willing they were to help me even in my own mistake.
