This was my first time to Western and I expected the same typical service as I have seen at Ron Hodgson, Millwoods Honda, City Ford, and Bavaria BMW as I have owned these various makes of vehicles. I was highly surprised with the not average, but exceptional service, communication, and helpfulness of the service advisor by the name of Steve Hillerud. I had never met him before and this was my first time to Western, however, he treated me as if I was a long term customer and he went over and above to help me with my service needs and warranty work that needed to be done on my Denali. I was so shocked with the amazing service I have received that I have been telling my family and my friends that Western GMC is the place to go. Steve, is professional, helpful and his communication was incredible. I had lots of work to be done and every day he called me early afternoon to give me an update on where things were at the in process. Thanks again Steve, i have and will continue to unreservedly encourage folks to see you for service of their GM, Chev and Buick vehicles. More

Sue Cameron got it done!! Sue Cameron in the service department went above and beyond my expectations to have some work done to a vehicle of mine that I had purchased at Wester Sue Cameron in the service department went above and beyond my expectations to have some work done to a vehicle of mine that I had purchased at Western, but the warranty had since expired (although, not by much). Sue took my concern to GM directly and got approval to get the work done. She kept me in the loop the entire time and got things fixed when I fully expected GM to say "too bad, it's off warranty". GM is lucky to have people like Sue Cameron working for them, and this whole experience has put Western GMC first on my list of places where I will go when it is time for a new truck. The work that I expected to pay for, was covered by a recall notice, so it was even better than I could hope for. I bought my 2010 GMC at Western and fully expect to replace it with another vehicle from Western, when the time comes. More
