Excellent Service with THE BEST employees!!! We noticed a small amount of oil on our garage floor so brought our Terrain in to find out where it was coming from and also to get a regular oil chan We noticed a small amount of oil on our garage floor so brought our Terrain in to find out where it was coming from and also to get a regular oil change. It was discovered there were two major oil leaks that could have caused major problems. Thanks to SUE CAMERON for addressing the problem with the service manager, Don Fricker, and our salesman, Aaron Peterson, who all went the extra mile contacting the warranty department, everything was repaired with a much lower cost than expected. Wow! Friendly, Quick and Efficient! First time in the service department and I was shocked at how happy, friendly and courteous the Cindy was as she greeted me and took my information. The shuttle driver stopped me on my way out the door to see if I required a ride. Received a phone call just after 10 saying my vehicle was ready and offered to make arrangements with the shuttle to pick me up. My experience with other dealers would have left me sour before leaving and I would have waited all day for the phone call saying my vehicle was ready or required parts that were not on hand. More
