2011 Buick Oil & Filter Service I required an oil change and booked via computer. Ashley called shortly thereafter to ask some follow-up questions and reconfirm my needs and requeste I required an oil change and booked via computer. Ashley called shortly thereafter to ask some follow-up questions and reconfirm my needs and requested appointment date. Arrived at the selected time and my service advisor was great. He was made aware of my Western email discount email and added that to my paperwork. Oil changed was done without any fanfare or the dreaded up sell on products or repairs. I liked that! All in all, very happy with the prompt service and impressed that Western still sends me email offers and notifications after my initial Buick purchase in 2012. They do stay in touch! More
Good Evening, I brought my vehicle to this dealership as it is close to my residence and place of work, I have used the services of this dealership with previous vehicles and this was my first time with thi it is close to my residence and place of work, I have used the services of this dealership with previous vehicles and this was my first time with this vehicle. I didn’t purchase my truck from here due to some different issues but will get my service completed here in the future and would like to continue with Western, I was disappointed when picking my vehicle up that it was dirtier than when I dropped it off, there was mud both inside and out from a test drive which I understand has to be completed after the work but I shouldn’t have to wash my own vehicle after a service. The staff as a whole is friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you. Sincerely. More

I brought my 2015 Denali in to be serviced last week. The running boards had stopped working and that is the main reason I brought it in. I was told that they both needed new motors and it would cost upwards running boards had stopped working and that is the main reason I brought it in. I was told that they both needed new motors and it would cost upwards of $4000.00. I had to decline that service due to the fact that I could not afford that at this time. I decided to have my oil changed, cabin air filter changed and malfunctioning sensor changed instead. Then, I received a phone call stating that something was wrong with my radio screen. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my radio screen prior to this service. I told the service advisor (I think his name was Steve) that the screen is fine. He told us about another sensor that needed to be fixed so we said okay. When we picked up our vehicle, our bill was $2500.00. This was very expensive for us but we agreed to everything and paid our bill. When I got back in my vehicle my radio screen was off completely. I went back inside asking what happened but they claimed “it just stopped working”. They said it would be $80 to diagnose the issue. I told the service agent that we just spent all of this money and it clearly something that happened during the service, and that they should at least look at it without charging me $80. They say “sorry, these things sometimes just happen and stop working. I was told that there was no deal they could have offered me. I thought they could have done something considering I’m supposed to be one of there “valued clients”. I looked up on YouTube how to fix a screen that has been unplugged. And guess where it was unplugged? Right next to the cabin filter which I had serviced. Obviously it had been bumped and unplugged during the service. I took it upon my self to plug it back in. Everything is working fine now. But I will never take my vehicle back to Western GMC nor buy another GMC in the future. They definitely showed their true colours by refusing to take responsibility for something that they did or even try to help one of their clients out, especially in challenging times where customer service is important. More
