I purchased my Acadia 2011 back in November 2010 and kept it maintained ever since then in the same Western GMC Buick are the best dealer in Edmonton. I purchased my Acadia 2011 back in November 2010 and kept it maintained ever since then in the same branch. The service department never let me down and always offered the best advice and solutions. Over the Christmas/new year week I traded my 2011 Acadia with a new 2016 Acadia. The manager (Alan Walker), sales (MJ) and finance (Matthew and Chantal) were very friendly and professional and made the deal quick and easy. I would highly recommend them. More

Western GMC will make it right! I brought my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ in for service for a problem that has plagued many GMC vehicles. The problem appears to be a software relate I brought my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ in for service for a problem that has plagued many GMC vehicles. The problem appears to be a software related one to which there is no known fix for yet according to General Motors. The issue is that the vehicle is seeing an alcohol content of between 50-70 percent which makes the vehicle run very rich and throwing p0174 and p0175 codes in the computer. This is a problem which is all over the internet, but to which General Motors is not acknowledging to it's customers. Thank you Western GMC, and Don Fricker standing behind your service, and performing another reset to my engine computer so I may continue to drive my vehicle. Let's hope General Motors will find a correct "fix" to this issue. More

Not just due to the vehicle i know own but also with the service from Mike Higgins and Cha I picked up my new (to me) Acadia today. Very happy indeed. Not just due to the vehicle i know own but also with the service from Mike Higgins and Chantal Geddes. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. They were more than willing to help out even when it meant helping me move belongings from my old car to my new one in a snow storm at -25. I have already recomended Western GMC to my family and friends as i hope they will experience the same professionalism that i did. Thank you More
