We noticed a small amount of oil on our garage floor so brought our Terrain in to find out where it was coming from and also to get a regular oil chan We noticed a small amount of oil on our garage floor so brought our Terrain in to find out where it was coming from and also to get a regular oil change. It was discovered there were two major oil leaks that could have caused major problems. Thanks to SUE CAMERON for addressing the problem with the service manager, Don Fricker, and our salesman, Aaron Peterson, who all went the extra mile contacting the warranty department, everything was repaired with a much lower cost than expected. I decided to go to western gmc again as I had bought a used car from them 7 years back. I met up with Jeff and he started the search to find me a truck that fit the options I wanted and the price point I was after. So many dealers only want to sell you what is on their lot. It makes buying a truck very hard and frustrating at this time of the year. Jeff found me a truck that fit what I was after at another dealer and had it brought in. He gave me a loaner until mine came and he pulled some strings to get the truck done before the long weekend. Overall I am very happy with the service I received from Jeff and the crew at Western GMC. More
