My first contact with Nancy was due to an internet inquiry. Nancy was quite helpful via email and responded to questions quickly, unlike many dealerships I have deal with in the past that offer inter inquiry. Nancy was quite helpful via email and responded to questions quickly, unlike many dealerships I have deal with in the past that offer internet inquiries but immediately want you to call them. Nancy seemed to dedicate her entire day to me. I wasn't abandoned by the sales person as soon as the deal was struck, she made sure that I was looked after throughout the whole process. She is quite friendly and easy going. There weren't any high pressure sales techniques used. It was more like visiting with a friend than buying a car. Brent was quite friendly and was not pushy with extras such as extended warranty or other insurances. Brent was as far as to contact my insurance company for me to make sure things went as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Westgate and Nancy specifically to friends or family. Westgate will be my first choice for purchasing a vehicle in the future. More

I brought my truck in to get a box liner sprayed in. In talking to Megan on the phone to arrange the visit i found her very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ditto when I brought the truck in. I was very happy with the service provided by your representative, Nancy Manke. My truck had been stolen which I needed for my business. I really appreciated Mike Kunanec's approach and would go back to him in a heart beat. Westgate as a dealship was willing to re-do my deal as the no-interest and Airmiles promotion occurred immedia would go back to him in a heart beat. Nancy was very patient and accommodating. She waited for a week while I secured financing, drove the car to a third part inspection, and even took me to get a plate.
