This is the second time I have used their service department. The first time I went there is because I thought my former dealer was not being honest on the service requirments (and they weren't) for department. Westgate advised me that that service was not required and gave me better, cheaper options. The second time was kind of a follow up to the first. They took care of me and did not charge me. I received excellent service in both used car sales, and service. I purchased the vehicle (a used Ford Focus) in late November 2012. I liked the friendly "low pressure" atmosphere of the dealership, and I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase. Everyone went out of their way to make it a very pleasant experience! In January 2013, I returned to the dealership with a problem with the rear window defroster. Daralyn Stene made all the arrangements for the service at a nearby Ford dealership, and arranged a loaner car for me. She provided excellent, efficient service! At this time, I also met Colin Heisler, Used Vehicle Sales Manager, because of the problem with the back window. Because I was leaving to go home to Ontario with the car, he made special arrangements to have the window delivered and installed within 2 days. Daralyn Stene was also involved with this service. Not only was the window expertly installed, the dealership covered the cost! Thank you!!! Overall, you made this customer form Ontario very happy! I strongly recommend your dealership, and would definitely purchase a vehicle from you again. I returned to Ontario 3 days after the January service, and the car ran very well! When my local garage did the safety check to switch to Ontario plates, they were very impressed with the car! Needless to say, nothing was required to pass the Ontario safety, because the car had been so well prepared by Westgate Chev.
