Ok, first of all, you want the review, I care little or none at all whether or not it's accepted. For a used car buying experience, it was fairly cut n dry. The salesman was helpful and attentive and poin none at all whether or not it's accepted. For a used car buying experience, it was fairly cut n dry. The salesman was helpful and attentive and pointed out a couple cars, asked what we liked in our price range. However our search came down to the vehicle we bought from there or one other one in S. P. We really like this car, so Lyle didn't have to use any real pressure to sell it. There was a discrepancy between the vehicle info sheet we were shown and the actual car. Things like window tint, keyless entry/remote car starter, cruise control were not in the vehicle and therefore an offer to drop the price slightly would have gone a long way to making us repeat customers. Also we were never offered a beverage, (Pop, juice, water.) at most other dealerships things of that nature were offered right away. Not a big deal, just mention it in passing really. Overall, we were pleased and everybody there made it pretty painless, car shopping's never fun. Also, Katherine in the finance department made it a very personable experience. More
