I feel very badly this situation has come to this point. In 25 years of being a Financial Services Manager I have never had my integrity called into question. I should note that the Better Business Bureau did handle Mr. Yez's complaint and took no action in this matter. The matter in question began when Mr. Yez's clutch became worn. General Motors Protection Plan did not cover this as friction material is NEVER covered. We did offer to provide the clutch and labor at our dealer cost. That was not satisfactory to Mr. Yez. I am sorry that we were unable to satisfy Mr. Yez. I do however take comfort in my positive Dealer Rater reviews which are far more representative of my relationship with customers. Patti Kehoe

In response to Patti's comment I'd like to make 3 points. 1. The issue of what is or is not covered by the warranty is not a concern for me, I wish you could understand this! The fact that what is covered and what you represented the warranty covered are vastly different, is my concern! I purchased a warranty based on what you said it covered, when I went to use the warranty what you said was covered was not covered. This could have been cleared up with one piece of paper, which would have provided me with accurate information before I made the decision to purchase the warranty. You made a sale based on false information you provided to your customer! 2. At no time did anyone with Westgate Chevrolet make any offer to provide service or parts for this or any vehicle to me at cost. They didn't even look at the vehicle and didn't know what the problem was, so how could they have offered to fix anything? I found out what the problem was by taking it to another garage. Westgate did offer to look at it, and charge me for it. Another example of your willingness to lie. 3. The Better Business Bureau attempted to mediate a mutually satisfactory solution to this matter. One was not reached. That is certainly different from "took no action". They took the same action they take with all complaints. Again Run, don't walk, away from this dealership and Financial Services "Manager" !!!
