Having had excellent support from Wayne in service on many occasions, Westgate was our first choice when the time came to purchase a new-to-us truck. We dealt primarily with Nancy in Internet sales b/c many occasions, Westgate was our first choice when the time came to purchase a new-to-us truck. We dealt primarily with Nancy in Internet sales b/c we were not in the city for much of the process. Nancy and Colin worked to hard to source a truck that would meet our detailed requirements, and were able to find one quickly. Nancy quickly earned our trust with her open, down to earth manner. We had specific requirements, and I had many detailed questions regarding vehicle options and towing/hauling capabilities. Nancy was able to answer most questions immediately, and when she could not, she said so, ensured that she clearly understood what info I needed, found the answer, and responded quickly, often within the hour. When we picked up the truck Nancy demonstrated comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the many vehicle options, (Sierra SLT-loaded), we were comfortable using many features immediately upon leaving the lot. This was particularly true regarding the setup and use of the OnStar system, where she was able to tell us in advance of every step what the OnStar rep would say and do, and in fact helped the OnStar person with the process. Nancy made a couple of personal follow up calls in the days after purchase to see if we had any questions or concerns – a nice touch that bodes well for future interactions. We would and have recommended Westgate and Nancy in particular to friends, family, and colleagues as a result of our purchase experience. More

Nancy was helpful with getting what I wanted relayed to financing also, however was rigid in pricing. I am overall satisfied with my experience, however a bit disappointed....other dealerships have negotiated better or threw in something for free. I got my car, sans full gas tank or license plate. I packed my family up three times for the hour drive and let me tell you this would have made a huge difference with my experience ! I think I may keep it local next time but if the car and price was right I would concider them again. More
