Had to send my GF to take the car in. I called ahead to make sure the oil change was covered (free), and that there was a shuttle or ride so she didn't have to wait. The lady on the phone assured me it was all good to go. They charged her for the oil change, and didn't offer her the ride. She told them the oil change was covered but they insisted it wasn't. I had to go after work to get it refunded. More

Arranged for a quick oil change by Wolfe Chevrolet, My preferred dealer. At the time I brought it in I asked, if they had time, to check my sticking ignition key. They found a faulty cylinder and arrang preferred dealer. At the time I brought it in I asked, if they had time, to check my sticking ignition key. I appreciated the service especially since I was headed into the mountains and would have been in big trouble if my vehicle wouldn't start in the back country.
