Very relaxed sales experience. James worked hard to get a good truck for me and the right deal. Vince was great to deal with as well. I don’t normally write a review but I believe this one’s warranted on May 21 I bought two vehicles from the dealership in Edmonton a 1985 Chevrolet Corvette mint shape and I also bought a 2020 Chevrolet 150 warranted on May 21 I bought two vehicles from the dealership in Edmonton a 1985 Chevrolet Corvette mint shape and I also bought a 2020 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado used The salesman Andy was remarkable he catered to every need we needed gace us a test drives arranged the financing his performance with stellar but that’s where it stops this dealership according to the finance manager has a smart program and apparently looks after minor scratches cracked windows scuffs on your seats whatever is a minor defect in a vehicle cost $800 but on a vehicle that has 110,000 km I find this unwarranted works out to be $25 a month for three years and this is only done on the discretion of the smart program people if they’re able to fix any defects that ever happened to your vehicle while you’ve been owning it I can honestly say I have not had any dealings with a smart program so to criticize their program would not be warranted but according to the people at Wolfe Chevrolet all vehicles are mandatory to have this program included on the vehicle so beware I added my partner to the bill of sale for registration purposes only he did a second bill of sale the smart program went from 699 to 799 also my Corvette Billis sale documentation fee was $899my Chevrolet Silverado was $699 why such a variance in buying two vehicles the same day I have these bills of sale and can provide these to anybody that has any indiscretions that this is not possible when I went into the finance office I got the sales manager Mr. Allan and indicated that I would not be purchasing the smart care program if his eyes had darts I would be the dartboard he was completely annoyed saying that this is not a wise decision to not have this program the way I figure it a car that’s 37 years old doesn’t really need any extras on it for warranty The finance manager was Pleasant enough to keep us talking and I indicated to him that you need to remove the smart program as I am not purchasing it for either vehicle which included the Corvette and the pick up truck he did his due diligence on the computer how to sign everything in triplicate and yes I missed it but when I got home I noticed that it was still on there I indicated that I wanted reimbursement or to pay it on the loan and I was told go talk to the sales manager the sales manager said go talk to the finance manager get my drift kinda like a dog chasing his tail I then wrote a long winded email to the general manager will call him the top Wolfe never responded to my long email he indicated that he would be contacting me shortly never called me and never emailed me back I will say I did get my money back but I did not get a phone call so read between the lines was he annoyed at me probably thinking I have no justification to feel that way absolutely I contacted a amvic and nowhere does it say that you have to buy any extended warranties so don’t let them pressure you into it it’s a waste of money think about it your car already comes with warranty if your car has a bunch of scratches from somebody going down beside it insurance will cover it if you get cracks in your windshield you can replace the windshield for less money than this program is worth you can get a crack repaired for $25 do the math it’s not worth it he even indicated that if you sat down on your seat and you put a big hole in it from something in your pocket that they would repair it well if you think about it if it was that bad to put a hole in my seat it probably would put a hole in my butt just saging I am sad to say that I’ve had only one dealing with Wolfe Chevrolet and I will consider the second first last and only on a good note my Corvette had a cracked targa top window and Andy the sales rep went good for it although I had to order it and pay for it then got reimbursed I’m thankful he did a great job for the rest of the crew you got a ways to go to get my respect good day beware Wesley j m More

Had to send my GF to take the car in. I called ahead to make sure the oil change was covered (free), and that there was a shuttle or ride so she didn't have to wait. The lady on the pho I called ahead to make sure the oil change was covered (free), and that there was a shuttle or ride so she didn't have to wait. The lady on the phone assured me it was all good to go. They charged her for the oil change, and didn't offer her the ride. She told them the oil change was covered but they insisted it wasn't. I had to go after work to get it refunded. More
