So so so efficient, friendly, just nothing bad to say. The service manager called to adjust the drop off time so I didn’t have to wait around for 15 minutes- so considerate! Super friendly shuttle person dropped me somewhere and arranged a pick up time, was on time and called to let me know he was there. Car was ready when they said it was going to be- and they even vacuumed it. I also had some questions about something I couldn’t figure out (it was a realitively new car), the service manager showed me (instead of just fixing it), so the next time I’ll know what I did. The whole thing was so pleasant. More
Oil change I was there for an oil change and couple of other things. Although I had a scheduled service for noon, I didn’t get out of there until close to 2:30pm I was there for an oil change and couple of other things. For a Despicable Car Sales Experience go To GSL GSL provided me with one of my worst car buying experiences during my 72 years on this earth. We live in the Windermere Valley and were looking to pu GSL provided me with one of my worst car buying experiences during my 72 years on this earth. We live in the Windermere Valley and were looking to purchase a vehicle to replace our 2012 Buick Lacrosse. I chose a 2016 ATS Cadillac Coupe, (black with 15000 km) as our replacement, the car was advertised on Cargurus. I was contacted by GSL after indicating interest in this vehicle on the Cargurus web site. Rob Page of internet sales called, we negotiated a final price and was emailed a purchase agreement subject to a vehicle inspection and test drive. To my chagrin Rob had confused what vehicle I was interested in and had written up a sales agreement on a different vehicle......dumb almost stupid. We had been in touch with each other for nearly a week, during which time he made the mistake of referring to a SRX Cadillac as our vehicle of choice, there was no carry over of information from one day to the next.....GSL was confused .....maybe it was their first sale? During this week of negotiation and clarification I received two phone calls from women sales chasers asking me how things were progressing. Neither of them knew the vehicle I was interested in, what level we were at in making a purchase, nor did they make any effort to find out. In the final analysis the car Mr. Page was trying to sell us was a ATS sedan, blue in color with 50,000+ km ..........they still have the car on the lot which I am sure they will sell it to someone who is shopping for a 2006 yellow Volkswagen beetle with 120,000 km. Good luck we will not be back. More

the young guy in the service first, Dean showed me where the engine heater was..i learned a lot from him in just 5minutes...then comes the young guy from service, he checked my ti first, Dean showed me where the engine heater was..i learned a lot from him in just 5minutes...then comes the young guy from service, he checked my tires, tire sensors, reset everything, very friendly guy..i didn't get his name but nowadays you can not encounter people like this guy anymore...the best dealership ever! kudoos! Run.....Don't Walk From This Dealership We have had nothing but trouble with our 2011 Cruze and this dealership. Today was just another example of poor customer service. We had our car there We have had nothing but trouble with our 2011 Cruze and this dealership. Today was just another example of poor customer service. We had our car there in Sept for a leak which ended up costing $700. Within a month the oil sensor light was going on although there was no evidence of a leak. My husband took the car in today at 7:00 a.m. and by 4:00 it still had not been looked at. Why bother making an appt if they can't fit you in? This has happened to us several times. After another call to the service manager, we received a call around 5:00 from the technician who said there was an engine leak. When we said it had been in for a leak six weeks earlier, he indicated it had nothing to do with the previous service. We have had so many problems with this car (2011) and so many issues with GSL. We have written to GSL and to GM Canada with previous complaints and received no responses. Customer service seems to mean nothing to them unless they are trying to get a sale. We will never, ever buy a GM product again and we will be looking to dump this car. We've bought all our vehicles from GSL in the past; a Saturn Aura, the Cruze and a Chevy van. When they continue to provide poor service and aren't willing to try and make things right with customers, you know it's time to find a dealership who puts the customer first. More
Not Customer Service Wednesday I had an out of province inspection done at this dealership. Thursday I picked the truck up, they gave me the wrong paperwork. So I spent an hour in line at the registry to find out I could not register the vehicle. Friday I received a voicemail telling me they had given me the wrong paperwork, I was out of town. The weekend came and went. Monday I called to get the paperwork delivered. Was told by the service manager that they had expected me to come by on Saturday to pick it up. They decided they would deliver the paperwork using their courtesy shuttle. That they did - but the guy would not get out of his vehicle - he asked that I come down from my office and sign their copy in his shuttle. Wonderful customer service. More
