Great...until your car has an issue I was a customer here for 8 years...until I drove my brand new vehicle off the lot with an issue. They tried to resolve the issue multiple times witho I was a customer here for 8 years...until I drove my brand new vehicle off the lot with an issue. They tried to resolve the issue multiple times without the care that I had to schedule time to bring it back every time they were unable to fix my air conditioning. Five times - and all they said is it's under warranty so keep bringing it back and not willing to provide any additional customer service. Jared, the Service Manager, really needs to take some customer service education. As well, my 3M tape they sold me upon purchase keeps bubbling and I'll be back for my last time there for them to fix it. The GM of the dealership flat out told me there's no point to retain unhappy customers if you're already one foot out the door. Best of luck. More
