I appreciated GSL service on a transactional basis. In particular Angela Elder was excellent to deal with. However I have NEVER had any call backs from GSL when I have a complaint about a situation. particular Angela Elder was excellent to deal with. I am in the market to buy or lease a new vehicle shortly. Cadillac is not in consideration at this point. I paid delta dollars for the brand and I have received an inferior product with total lack of Support from Cadillac. More
