First time servicing my new truck...here is how it went- First time servicing my new truck...here is how it went - great check-in - great shuttle service home - no update after 5 hours called to get an up First time servicing my new truck...here is how it went - great check-in - great shuttle service home - no update after 5 hours called to get an update only it be told it wasn't ready yet - 6 hours to service and perform recall on the radio system - couldn't complete the replacement of the 3m because they were too busy and that I would have to schedule another appoint or wait till the next service - left truck overnight because they called so late in day - called to see if they could do the 3m - "don't want to make you wait on hold... I will call you back" no a callback - so after an 11/2 hr called again only to be told we are to busy with new deliveries... we are booking to weeks out...so now I have to book my next service two weeks Im advance Not a great experience for a first time customer! More

From the time I booked my appointment, the arrival, shuttled home, picked up and brought back to GSL including picking up our car with cashier could not have been a better experience .
