However, Winnipeg Kia, particularly Darrell, blew us away--he was very knowledgeable, friendly and had a no-nonsense approach to his customer service which helped to earn my trust in him. Darrell ultimately helped me find the car I was looking for, a 2012 Nissan Maxima, and went above and beyond by giving me and my friend's car a complimentary wax, a full tank of gas and an oil change. The rest of the staff members were very comforting and were willing to answer any of our questions that we had. Thanks Winnipeg Kia for your excellent customer service. The moment I met Darrell I felt immediately comfortable in that there was no pressure to buy anything but rather move at my own comfortable pace and do what worked for me. Darrell is the most honest, cool and "real" salesman I've ever dealt with. By "real" I'm meaning he was just being himself (funny, courteous and easy going). He promptly helped me with any and all of the questions I had and went beyond the call of duty to bring up points that I may have missed that helped me out tremendously.
