After my friends recommending Winnipeg Kia to me, I thought I would give them a call. My call was promptly answered by Krista, all questions addressed and appointment booked in a matter of 5 minutes or less. When I took the car in, I was greeted by Krista, and everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. It was seen to that I had a ride to work, and I felt total piece of mind. Krista took the time to explain in detail the work that was done on the car, and what I should be doing and when going forward. She advised me that Winnipeg Kia is also open in the evenings on Mondays for oil changes, and she could have service reminders sent to my email address. I am now "set up" and will be a loyal customer to Winnipeg Kia. So happy with my experience! More
