He carefully walked us through the process, including advice on additions to the vehicle (winter tires, long range remote start, etc.). He made the shopping experience enjoyable. Derek Meikle provided a thorough explanation of the financing process, and all it's options. Additionally he was able to provide a bit of a bonus in appreciation of my military service. He was able to complete everything much faster than expected. I hated having to replace my vehicle, but it was too damaged when I was rear-ended. This team made the process much better.
