Good, but could be better Yemi and Nicole did a fine job of getting all the paperwork done as quickly as possible. (My last car buying experience at different dealership took the most part of a day to close). Yemi was able to answer all my questions about my purchase, and was very professional in every way. Nicole was able to explain all the finer points of various options open to us re: financing, extended warranties, etc. On the drive home from the dealership, a rear tail/brake light failed and Yemi was able to get it fixed quickly the very next morning. As for the 2012 Sonic I purchased, there were numerous little things wrong with it when I test drove it: driver's heated seat didn't seem to work, front wipers didn't work, the glove box fell off its hinges repeatedly, and the interior heat didn't work well. Expect for the glove box problem which persists, and all these things were ultimately all dealt with, my initial experience didn't inspire confidence in the dealership/shop. When purchasing a fairly new used car, I expect that the car for sale has had a thorough going over and all features work. Yemi saved the day with his calm reassurance and professional manner (though I still wish the glove box worked better...). I am otherwise enjoying the car and hope it remains reliable and durable for a long time. More
