While there, Mike came and found us, we were happy to see him again. Two days later we received a call from Mike with information about the vehicle we viewed. Had Mike not reached out to provide us with important information about the vehicle, we might have purchased elsewhere. Caught by Suprise! I went into Winnipeg Kia on my birthday this year, I really wanted to test out a Kia Soul! I walked into the showroom and Kevin was waiting at the doo I went into Winnipeg Kia on my birthday this year, I really wanted to test out a Kia Soul! I walked into the showroom and Kevin was waiting at the door and greeted me with a big smile! I told him what I had in mind for a car and we went over every detail of what I wanted in the car for features and even which color I wanted. I had my eyes on a White EX Premium Soul, we went for a test drive out to the perimeter highway, as my car is mostly a highway driver I needed to see how it handled. I was instantly surprised when I got into the car becasue I couldn't believe how much room the car had yet it looked so small from the outside. Kevin gave me a run down on the key features of the car before we left for the test drive and also while we were driving. he was super knowledgeable about the car and could answer all the questions I had. Once we got back to the dealership we talked over numbers and not once did I feel pressured into making the purchase. I did not end up buying the car I test drove that day, or any car for that matter.. I needed to think on the idea for a bit and discuss finances with my husband. A month later we were back at the dealership and the car I had in mind was already sold, which was fine becasue the moment we walked into the showroom I knew I couldn't go home without the bright red Turbo Soul that was right in front of me! We needed to test drive a Turbo as it is a bit different than an Ex Premium and Kevin also had other customers in as well, but he didn't keep us waiting and we didn't feel like we were put second! Now, my husband is a real "muscle" kind of car guy so for him to get into a soul, he has some doubts... but once we got on the highway, he was BLOWN AWAY by the power that car had! He couldn't believe it! Once we got back to the dealership, we talked numbers over and came to some common ground for my trade in and all the numbers were around our budget! Two days later we finished up the financing and paperwork and were on our way out in the new car! The whole experience was so smooth from start to finish and I couldn't be happier for the way Kevin treated us and helped us find out perfect car! Thank you soooo much Kevin!! More
