Once they had my money,,,, Second go round with this dealership. First time was great in every regard. (Salesman, service, financing) This time however was very disappointing. U Second go round with this dealership. First time was great in every regard. (Salesman, service, financing) This time however was very disappointing. Used vehicle purchased that was advertised with pictures from years previous. Ended up having centercaps for the rims missing, different tires, and the duration of the prepaid satellite radio 1/2 the time advertised. None of these issues were corrected. 3 weeks into owning the vehicle, an obvious engine knock began. Service dept. recommended extensive engine cleanings and oils. Engine error flagged 8th cylinder issue. Neither error or engine cleanings addresses by dealer. $130 diagnosis bill with zero resolutions and zero responsibility taken. Financing dept was the only good part of the experience. Salesman very unaccommodating as well as service dept. I have young children that accept more responsibility. Really thought I had found my new dealership. Will keep searching Ryan Derlago More
