He answered my many questions, taught me the process of buying a new car, then had to teach how to work all the controls (ie : sensing). I would highly recommend Bob Lawrenson if your buying a car and I would definitely recommend buying a Honda product. They are all nice looking vehicles at reasonable price (that's just in my opinion ). More

I got quotes from dealerships in Sarnia and Chatham, and was in Winds I am from the Sarnia area, and have been looking for a 2016 Civic Touring sedan. I got quotes from dealerships in Sarnia and Chatham, and was in Windsor recently for a Conference, so I emailed the dealership and they got right back to me to set up a visit. From the second I arrived, they made me feel right at home. Rick took me in and got me a deal that was much better than the other dealerships had offered, including some fees that were waived. I had the pleasure also of doing the financing with Annette, who made me feel very comfortable with her friendly demeanour. I did the deal right then and there. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, courteous and genuinely sincere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, its second to none ! Thanks Rick, Annette and crew !! More

Without them our safety as a family was in danger in the past car we had. Annette was a kind and sympathetic person who took our safety above anything, we love her for that. Annette worked hard in getting us the car the same day. Nancy was the best first person who greeted us at the dealership door, she worked with us and Annette to get us the car we could afford. She went through details of the function of the car and features. It was snowing hard on 2/9/16 when we got the car and she cleaned the car for us. We love you Nancy. John the companies driver was nice enough and picked us from our apartment and took us to the dealership. I think Windsor Honda should be proud of the workers they have hired.
