Service work My Honda was towed into the dealer for repairs. The car was a Hybrid and would run but not move. The dealership decided that it was the small batttery that had to be replaced, which made no sense, because the car would start and run but would not move. Almost $400 later for the diagnostic and repair they said the car was good to go. Less than a week later the car was on the side of the road with the same problem. The car had to be towed in again and the dealership charged for another diagnostic to tell us that the IMA battery was gone and would cost $5,400 to replace. The IMA batter did not go in one week and was the problem the first time that it was taken in. They still charged for another diagnostic and refused to refund any of the cost of the original repair which was not clearly not the problem. The diagnostic should have been run again before the car ever left the garage and it would have showed that the problem was the IMA instead of sending my son who is a university student back on the road. Including the Civic I own three Honda's between myself and my business, and have never been treated so poorly. Find another Honda dealer to purchase from. More

We narrowed our choice to a Honda Civic and Windsor Honda had the largest selection in stock. We were met, welcomed and introduced to Rick Gabriel, given the keys to a Civic SE for a test drive. My wife and I both liked the features, comfort and performance of this vehicle. Returning to the dealership Rick gave us a price that was within the range we were prepared to pay. Throughout our visit from the front door until we closed our purchase we were treated in a warm friendly, professional manner. The entire purchase process was comfortable and easy. Rick introduce us to his colleauges, toured us through the service area and gave us confidence that we had purchased the right vehicle from a reputable dealership. We are very satisfied with our vehicle purchase experience and Windsor Honda can be justly proud of its staff and customer service. More

The salesman (John Cipparone) was very knowledgeable and able to handle all my questions. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The cars speak for themselves. The prices are also reasonable. You get lots of bang for your buck in these Hondas. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. The new showroom is a real show stopper too. Clean and fresh and the cars on display look like an art exhibit at the MOMA. The business manager (Annette Reid) was also phenomenal at explaining the warranties and appearance plan. She dealt with me like a friend, as opposed to a customer. Highly recommend. More

Terrible sales performance from Nancy Wang! Nancy Wang, told me "she doesn't play the numbers game" and refused to even give me a price when I was enquirering about a Honda Civic.
